Change of Mind or Incorrect purchases:
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we are happy to provide you with an exchange. Please choose carefully and email us for sizing measurements if you're unsure.
All returns must be completed within 14 days of receiving your items.
Faulty Item/s:
While we maintain a rigorous quality control process, if you believe you have received a faulty item for any reason, please reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving your purchase at gemandmellie@outlook.com in order for us to assist.
Condition of Returned Item/s:
Ensure the item/s are in their original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from alterations. Please keep the swing tags intact and in good condition.
Return Shipping and Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our address, unless the item is deemed faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns, as we cannot assume responsibility for any returns that may be lost in transit.
If the value of the returned item falls below the threshold for free shipping, the customer will cover the cost of return shipping back to them for the new/exchanged item, unless the item is deemed faulty.
